The Importance Of Preventive Care In Maintaining Good Oral Health

Practice Good At-Home Oral Care

  • Use an oral rinse to remove any remaining debris or bacteria
  • Rinse out your mouth after eating or snacking
  • Change your toothbrush head every 3-4 months, and after illness
